Route 206 in Princeton is closed to thru traffic between Lovers Lane and Carter Road, due to necessary repair work on the Stone Arch Bridge. Local access is available for residents, The Hun School community, and visitors. Vehicles bound for campus may access The Hun School from the north on Route 206. You may drive beyond the barricade positioned at Lovers Lane and proceed to The Hun School (0.8 miles on the right).
If you are using directional apps, such as Google maps, designate the intersection of Lovers Lane and Route 206 as the target location. Google Maps will not direct motor vehicles to or from The Hun School, while the road is technically closed.
The repairs and road closure are expected to last into the fall. Please use caution; obey all traffic laws; and allow extra time for travel.
Northbound – From Route 206 north, traffic will be directed to take a left on Carter Road, right on Rosedale Road, and then a right on Elm Road back to Route 206.
Southbound – From Route 206 south, traffic will be directed to take a left on Lovers Lane, right on Mercer Road, and a right on Hutchinson Drive back to Route 206.
